Oklahoma v. United States

A case dealing with federal and state constitutional power in complying with the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA). The court found that DPPA was exercising its FED congressional power and a driver’s affirmative consent is needed to disclose a drivers personal information generally restricted.
