Judge finds jail video subject to Oklahoma Open Records Act

The Frontier sued Pottawatomie County Jail to force them to release video surrounding the death of an inmate. Pottawatomie County District Judge John G. Canavan Jr. held that the video is an open record and that the public has an interest in seeing how the jail operates.
