EDITORIAL: Open records lawsuits are piling up July 11, 2021 - The Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press (RCFP) has come out swinging against local and state governments who don't think they have to comply with the Open Records and Open Meeting Acts. They have filed 4 lawsuits thus far and we anticipate that is just the beginning.
